About pricing from approved plans
How did you find my application?
Planning applications and their decisions are public documents on your council's planning portal, along with the drawings that were approved. We read the portal for the areas we cover and price the extensions and conversions that suit us. We use only what is published there and we do not buy details from anyone.
Is the price free?
Yes. Reading the drawings, drawing the job in our own system and sending you an itemised fixed price costs you nothing and puts you under no obligation. It is how we would rather introduce ourselves than with a sales call.
Do I have to use you?
No. The quote is yours to keep and to compare against anyone else you ask. If you go with another builder, no hard feelings. We would rather you had a real number to check the others against.
What if the drawings change?
Tell us. Small changes, like moving a door or swapping a roof lantern for rooflights, we redraw and reprice quickly. Bigger changes may need an amended application to the council, and we can tell you whether yours will. Either way the price you accept is the price you pay.
