Renovation covers everything from taking a wall out between the kitchen and dining room to stripping a house back to brick and rebuilding the inside. We do both, and everything between.
Because we draw and itemise the job before we start, you get one quote broken into stages with a price against each. No rolling estimates, no surprises halfway through.

Renovations: questions people ask
Can I live in the house during a renovation?
For most jobs, yes, room by room. A full strip-out with rewiring is easier and faster if the house is empty, and we will tell you honestly which yours is.
Do you do structural work?
Yes. Knock-throughs, steels, chimney breast removal and load-bearing wall changes are a large part of what we do, all with structural calculations and building control sign-off.
Often done in the same visit.
Kitchens
Usually as part of an extension or knock-through, fitted by the same team.
Bathrooms
New bathrooms and en suites, usually alongside a loft or garage conversion.
Extensions
Rear, side and wrap-around extensions, priced from your drawings.
