Most of what goes wrong on a building job goes wrong before anyone picks up a trowel. A vague price, a scope nobody wrote down, a builder who has moved on to the next job. We set the whole thing up differently.
We draw it first
Before a price is written down, the job is drawn in the same system we build from. Every wall, opening, steel and roof, to the millimetre. The price comes from the drawing, not from a walk round and a guess.
A fixed price, itemised in build order
The quote lists the work stage by stage in the order it happens on site, in plain English. Anything not on the list is not in the price, and you can see that. The price on the quote is the price you pay.

The people who price the job build the job. We do not hand your extension to someone you have never met, and you always know who to call.
Building control handled
We make the building regulations application, book the inspections at each stage and hand you the completion certificate at the end. You do not chase anyone.

Nobody sits in your living room until you sign. You get the drawing and the price, and you decide in your own time.

We do not send a rough number and firm it up later. The first price you see is a fixed price for the work on the drawings.
No subcontracting the whole job out
We are the builder. Where a specialist is needed for a specific trade, they work under us, on our programme, to our drawing.
