Why did I get a leaflet?
Your planning application for an extension or conversion was approved and published on the council's planning portal. We read the approved drawings, drew the job in our own system, and priced it. The leaflet is our way of showing you that price without a sales call.
How did you get my plans?
Planning applications and their drawings are public documents on your council's planning portal. We used only what is published there. We did not buy your details from anyone.
Is the price on the quote real?
Yes. It is a fixed price for the work shown on your approved drawings, itemised in build order. If we visit and find something the drawings did not show, we tell you before anything changes.
Why do you ask for my name and mobile?
So the quote can only be opened by you, and so we can follow it up if you want us to. We use those details only for this quote. They are not shared with anyone else.
