Every application to Leeds City Council goes onto Leeds Public Access with the plans, the officer's report and the decision notice. Search by your address or reference and you will see the same approved drawings we price from. If you cannot find it, send us the address and we will.

Leeds City Council publishes every planning application, its decision and the approved drawings on Leeds Public Access, which anyone can read. We read it for the areas we cover and price the extensions and conversions that suit us. We use only what is published there and we do not buy details from anyone.
Is the price free?
Yes. Reading the drawings, drawing the job in our own system and sending you an itemised fixed price costs you nothing and puts you under no obligation.
Do I have to use you?
No. The quote is yours to keep and to compare against anyone else you ask. We would rather you had a real number to check the others against.
What if the drawings change?
Tell us. Small changes we redraw and reprice quickly. Bigger changes may need an amended application to Leeds City Council, and we can tell you whether yours will. Either way the price you accept is the price you pay.
