The job
The garage was structurally sound but cold, with an exposed frame and no services. Jabeen wanted the washing and drying out of the house.
We insulated and boarded the walls and ceiling, laid a new insulated floor with a wood-effect finish, fitted a new door and window, and brought in water, waste and power for the appliances.
Four weeks on site, and the room is now used every day.
